While my expertise lies in Computational Design and workflow automation for civil infrastructure in the AEC, my broader passion extends to exploring and implementing emerging technologies across industries. This passion led me to co-found 4 innovative startups (no conflict of interest with either my current or former employers), two of which were incubated at the Innovative Companies Incubator (I3P) of the Polytechnic of Turin, Italy. My entrepreneurial journey has given me deep insights into startup ecosystems and the challenges of scaling innovation globally.

I am also actively engaged with the startup scene in Sydney, staying connected to the latest trends and regularly attending events organised by the Startup Hub in Sydney. These experiences keep me connected to emerging technologies.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP since 2007), I have successfully led cross-functional teams on large-scale projects for Transport for NSW, where I demonstrated my ability to deliver exceptional results in complex, high-stakes environments. My tenure as CEO of a public company further sharpened my business acumen and strategic vision.

Having lived and worked in Latin America, Europe, Russia, Turkey and Australia, I bring a global mindset and an extensive international network. My corporate advisory and innovation leadership/entrepreneurial skills have been sharpened by working closely with diverse stakeholders from different geographies, guiding teams through process improvement, continuous innovation, Agile and Lean Methodologies.

In my current leadership role, I oversee digital innovation initiatives in a tier 1 engineering firm, where my team drives transformative digital engineering projects on a global scale. My leadership philosophy emphasizes responsible innovation and empowerment, fostering creativity and accountability.

In July 2024, I completed my International Executive MBA at POLIMI Graduate School of Management, ranked among the world’s top 10 programs, further deepening my expertise at the intersection of technology, business, and innovation.
