Born in Turin, Italy, in 1982, I have built a career that spans continents, industries, and cultures. My journey began in my hometown, where I studied and lived until 2012, before embarking on a global professional adventure. I’ve worked and lived in diverse countries such as Peru, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Russia, Turkey, and Australia, among others.
This international exposure has given me a unique multicultural perspective, enabling me to lead and collaborate effectively within multi-cultural and cross-functional teams. My ability to adapt leadership styles to different cultural contexts has become one of my defining strengths.
• 2007–2009: Founded a startup aimed at disrupting the real estate market with 3D graphic simulations and 3D printing technology, showcasing my entrepreneurial mindset and innovation.
• 2009–2012: Served as CEO of a public company overseeing essential services for my hometown, Turin, leading significant improvements and operational efficiency.
• 2012–2013: Worked in Peru on the ambitious Linea 2 metro project, contributing to the early phases of what has become a critical urban infrastructure for Lima.
• 2014: Managed and coordinated the delivery of the São Paulo Metro project in Brazil, a milestone in my experience in major transportation infrastructure.
• 2015–2017: Led the development of the Santiago-Batuco Railway Project in Chile, driving progress in one of the country’s key rail initiatives.
• 2018–2019: Moved to Turkey to oversee the delivery of the Dudulu-Bostancı Metro project in Istanbul, contributing to the city’s mobility transformation.
• 2020: Relocated permanently to Australia, marking a new chapter in my professional and personal life.
• 2021: Directed the Digital Delivery of a mega-project in the civil infrastructure sector for TfNSW.
• 2022–2023: Took charge of the Digital Delivery of another mega-project in the civil infrastructure sector for TfNSW, while playing a strategic role in the implementation of digital solutions.
• 2023–2024: In a global role, I’m driving digital transformation with my team, equipping the organization with cutting-edge strategies and solutions to maintain a competitive edge and achieve long-term success.
